A Mumbai-based Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in SEBI, stock exchange and Depository Participant compliance, audit and regulatory advisory, CA Sheetal Mehta’s practice spans Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit and System Audit of depository participants, stock brokers and other SEBI-regulated entities including PMS. Her work includes the review of online e-KYC processes and advisory and audit services to members of the NSE, BSE, MCX, MSE and NCDEX, alongside professional training programmes on regulatory compliance and audit methodology.
